Fire pit on the porch. Private patio with mountain views. Building amenities: heated indoor pool, four hot tubs, and on-site coin laundry. Two tandem parking spaces are included at no additional charge. Ski access: steps from Main Street Breckenridge and within walking distance of the Peak 9 lifts. The BreckConnect Gondola runs free to Peak 8 and the free BreckFree town shuttle covers the rest. Optional Gilson concierge services on request. Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April.

Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets at this location. *Please note: The pool is currently closed for winter preparation and will remain closed until further notice. Breckenridge is at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for altitude on the first day, drink water, and take it slow. Two tandem parking spaces are included. Coin laundry is on-site in the building. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April; roads are plowed, but Colorado winter is Colorado winter.
