Layout: two bedrooms, two full baths, open-concept great room with gas fireplace and a balcony overlooking the heated outdoor pool courtyard. Kitchen: full-size range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cookware and dinnerware for a full house. Granite counters, breakfast-bar seating for three, dining table for six. Sleeping (7 guest max): - Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 2: 1 king bed - Living-room sofa sleeper for additional guests Building amenities: heated outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, ski and gear storage, business center, and underground heated parking (one space included). Winter specifics: heated boot rack at the unit door for morning gear, complimentary boot dryers available on request from the front desk, and the outdoor hot tubs run into the evening. Bath: full linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and board. In-unit heat is central; the pool-side orientation keeps daytime light in the great room even on cold days. Cable television and Wi-Fi throughout.

Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets. No smoking on Mountain Thunder Lodge property, indoor or balcony. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — hydrate on arrival, ease into strenuous activity the first 24 hours, and ask us for altitude tips if it's your first time above 8,000 ft. One underground heated parking space included; overflow available at the Watson lot two blocks north (paid). 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April; snow tires acceptable substitute. Plow-cleared entry and garage.
