Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo, as well as all shared building amenities, such as the fitness center, pool, hot tub, ski locker room, community BBQ grill, elevators, conference room, and reception area. Additionally, guests can enjoy the luxury amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including pools, spa, bowling, media room, and shuttle service. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

We loved our stay here! I wouldn’t necessarily say this a TRUE ski in ski out location as you have to walk a bit to the nearest lift. However, everything we needed was there, everything was clean, an walkable to everywhere!

Great condo in an excellent location. Walkable to Main St. Kitchen was really well-equipped even though we didn’t end up cooking. Spotless rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and soft sheets. Carpet is a little old and could use an update, and the proximity to the pool made it a bit loud sometimes if doors/windows were open and people were hanging out in the pool. But overall it was a great stay. Thanks!
