Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal — it takes just a few minutes and ensures every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that's needed to confirm your check-in details. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process. Our guest portal is also where the good stuff lives: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay. Enjoy free parking during your stay, and for added convenience, you’re just a block away from Main Street and the Breckenridge South Gondola lift, making it easy to experience all that Breckenridge has to offer. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

No complaints! The place looks exactly like the photos so it is a bit small, but was exactly what I was expecting! The bed and pillows were so comfy, it had everything I needed, and you simply can’t beat the location. Despite being next the bustle of downtown, it felt very serene being right by the river! Would come back!

Josh’s apartment is extremely conveniently located, just off Main Street! It was a less than 5 minute walk to the Quandary Peak shuttle as well. The space was exactly as pictured and provided a quiet place to sleep and recover from hiking!
