A 137 sq ft second-floor micro-studio at River Mountain Lodge, one block from Main Street and a short walk to the BreckConnect Gondola. Twin-over-full bunk with Purple mattresses, walk-in shower, mini kitchenette with air fryer, a desk and a 43-inch Roku TV. One assigned space in the heated underground garage included. Heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center and free ski storage in the building. For people who will be out all day and want to sleep at the center of town for less. Sleeps 3.

Sleeping (studio, sleeps 3) - Twin-over-full bunk with Purple mattresses (one double below, one single above) Layout - 137 sq ft second-floor micro-studio. Small by design: there is not room to open a large suitcase on the floor, so pack light or use the top bunk as a shelf. - Bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub) - Mini kitchenette: air fryer, mini fridge, coffee maker and essentials. No stove or oven. - Dedicated desk and reading light with bedside charging - 43-inch Roku TV - Radiator heat with a manual shut-off switch; no air conditioning In the building - One assigned space in the heated underground garage, included - Heated pool, hot tubs, sauna and fitness center - Complimentary ski storage at the front desk (please do not bring skis or boards to the room) - Elevator access from the garage Getting around - Main Street is one block east. Walk to dinner and leave the car in the garage. - The Four O'Clock ski run ends across Park Avenue from the lodge. Ski down at the end of the day and walk back. - The BreckConnect Gondola to Peaks 7 and 8 is a short walk from the door. The free town bus stops out front.

No pets, no smoking. Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. This is a 137 sq ft micro-studio with a bunk bed and a walk-in shower, best for one or two adults, or two adults and a child, who will be out all day. One assigned space in the heated underground garage is included; a second vehicle needs paid town parking. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet, so drink water on day one. Please note: The pool is currently closed for winter preparation and will remain closed until further notice.
