Primary renter must be 25 or older. Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets. One dedicated garage parking space included. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — hydrate on day one. Hotel-style studio with two queen beds and a kitchenette (not a full kitchen). Please note: The pool is currently closed for winter preparation and will remain closed until further notice.
