We loved our stay in Breckenridge! Gilson's place was ideally located on the main floor of the building, making it so easy to access the pool/hot tub area and the parking garage. It was perfect for our vacation with little kids that wanted to go back and forth to the pool and arcade multiple times per day. I was delighted to discover the shuttle that took us wherever we wanted to go with just a few minutes' notice. Overall everything was just so convenient and easy to enjoy. The place was comfortable, well-appointed, and just right for us. We will definitely visit this exact same unit again - it was perfect!

Excellent condo! I stayed here for a week with 2 adults and 2 children. Location was perfect. Main street was an easy 10 minute walk downhill to reach multiple restaurants. The building offers a complimentary shuttle that you can call to pick you up (and avoid the uphill walk back). The unit is on the same floor as the pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness center, arcade room, and lobby. There is 1 assigned parking spot in the interior garage. We visited in July and there is no air conditioning, but the unit was still very comfortable with the windows open and the fans on. Kitchen was well equipped for what we needed and the beds were comfortable. Overall this is a great choice for a trip to Breckenridge!

Great condo! The only complaint would be the lack of A/C in the unit. However, this seems to be the norm for Breckenridge, as I didn't see any other places with A/C. Otherwise, we loved the place and the amenities on property and ability to walk downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

For those who enjoy exploring on foot or by bike, Breckenridge is an exceptionally pedestrian and cyclist-friendly town. The downtown area is within a pleasant walking or biking distance. There are abundant bike rental shops and a variety of trails to discover. No matter your preferred mode of transportation, you'll find all your needs within close proximity, ensuring your stay in Breck is both comfortable and carefree.
