Sleeping configuration (all seven bedrooms): - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed - Bedroom 2: 1 king bed - Bedroom 3: 4 single beds (kids room / bunkroom) - Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 6: 1 double bed - Bedroom 7: 4 single beds (kids room / bunkroom) Living and kitchen: two fully equipped kitchens, two private living areas, two sets of balconies and patios. The 4-bedroom penthouse holds the primary living space with a 70-inch smart TV and open floor plan. The 3-bedroom ground-floor unit anchors the other side. Multiple dining tables sized for the group. The units are combined so families do not have to walk between buildings. Outdoor and shared: shared community amenities include outdoor hot tubs (Important Notice: Hot Tubs are currently closed until further notice due to construction) and clubhouse picnic areas. Ski out onto Four O'Clock Run, walk to the Snowflake Lift, ride back to Peak 8. Free parking for five vehicles. Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April. Important Notice: Hot Tubs are currently closed until further notice due to construction.

Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. Pet policy is set at the group level — confirm through the listing messenger before booking with a pet. Breckenridge is at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for altitude on the first day, drink water, and take it slow. Free parking for five vehicles. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April; roads are plowed but Colorado winter is Colorado winter. Important Note: The hot tubs remain closed due to clubhouse deck and railing work and are expected to reopen around November (exact date TBD).
