800 Columbine, Unit A4 — one of the most direct walk-to-ski locations in Breckenridge. Short walk to Peak 9 lifts and Main Street. One queen bedroom plus a queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, in-unit laundry, gas fireplace, and a shared outdoor pool and hot tub across from the parking lot. Sleeps 4. Pet-friendly. Please note: The pool is currently closed for winter preparation and will remain closed until further notice.

Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for altitude adjustment on arrival. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Peak 9 base lifts and Main Street are both a short walk away. The pool facilities (pool, hot tubs, and bathrooms/showers) are currently closed for winter preparation.
