Layout: two bedrooms, two full baths, open-concept great room with gas fireplace and a private deck overlooking Park Avenue. The outward-facing orientation is the difference between this unit and the pool-view suites — Park Avenue traffic dies at night, and morning light comes into the great room off the mountain. Sleeping (6 guest max): - Bedroom 1: 1 king bed - Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed - Living room: 1 sofa bed Kitchen: full-size range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cookware and dinnerware for a full house. Granite counters, breakfast-bar seating, dining table for six. Building amenities: heated outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, BBQ area, ski and gear storage, business center, underground heated parking (one space included). Winter specifics: heated boot rack at the unit door for morning gear, complimentary boot dryers at the front desk on request, hot tubs open into the evening. In-unit washer and dryer. Central heat. Cable television and Wi-Fi throughout. Full linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and board provided.

Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets. No smoking on Mountain Thunder Lodge property, indoor or on the deck. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet — hydrate on arrival, ease into strenuous activity the first 24 hours. One underground heated parking space is included per unit; overflow paid parking at the Watson lot two blocks north. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April; snow tires acceptable substitute.
