Guests have access to the entire condo and shared building amenities, including a pool, hot tub, fitness centre, ski locker room, and more. Plus, access luxury facilities at One Ski Hill Place, such as additional pools, a spa, and shuttle services. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

Josh, made our trip so incredibly smooth, hassle-free. The condo was amazing. Perfect location. We will for sure stay here again! The bed was very comfortable the sheets were amazing. The fireplace was cozy the back deck was large and the perfect place to have coffee in the morning. I am a homebody and found this place a perfect home away from home. More than anything I will seek out this host and their listings, they were that amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The location is great- it’s on the edge of town so it feels more mountainous, but it takes just a few minutes to walk into town and it’s right across the street from the gondola. The pool was lovely and surrounded by trees, parking was easy in the garage, and the grounds were well-maintained. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the host was responsive and apologetic. The condo itself was lovely- the windows were surrounded by trees, the balcony was large, the kitchen was adequately stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was extremely clean, but it could use some new carpets because they were quite worn and had some stains. Be aware that the condo faces Park Avenue, which is a busy main road in Breck. In the summer when you have to have windows open to stay cool, the traffic noise can be a challenge for light sleepers. It was quiet with windows closed though. All in all, it was a great stay and we would stay here again!

We had a fantastic experience in Josh’s place. It was perfect for our needs. My wife and our oldest son and his family stayed memorial Day weekend and it was so perfect. Easy walk to Main Street. Might be the best I’ve ever slept in. Definitely stay there again and completely recommended to anyone to Breckenridge. Thank you, Josh !
