Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley. Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive. Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace—perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

Fantastic location and the unit was very clean and as advertised. The instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-in and check-out. Two spacious bathrooms, full modern kitchen. nice bedroom with king bed, and a pullout bed in living room if needed. The location is right at the base of peak 8 and there are lockers as well as a ski valet that will have your skis and poles waiting for you outside when ready to go. Also, the staff and extremely helpful and if there’s any questions for the host they answer very quickly. The facility has private shuttles to/from downtown or during the daytime the Gondola is right outside the building and you can be downtown in about 10 minutes (free). The balcony has great views across the valley to the east. This was a great stay for us!

This property had everything that we expected. It was located in the perfect place to ride the gondola of town. The home had everything that we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for our family with two kids under five. I would highly recommend you staying here.
