One Ski Hill Place sits at approximately 9,600 feet at the base of Peak 8. Plan for altitude adjustment — drink water, ease into the first day. One underground heated parking space is included. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Resort structure has additional paid parking if needed. Identity verification through the Gilson guest portal is required before your keypad code is issued.

One Ski Hill Place sits at the base of Peak 8 with ski-in/ski-out access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. Historic Main Street, with its boutiques, restaurants, cafés and nightlife, is about 2.5 miles away by road, and the free BreckConnect Gondola runs to the north end of town in about ten minutes. In summer, Peak 8 is the base for lift-served hiking and mountain biking.

Guests have full access to the suite and all One Ski Hill Place resort amenities — the heated indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, spa, private guest locker room, game rooms, media lounge, and bowling alley. One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included. The complimentary resort shuttle runs on demand in town. Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.
