Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal — it takes just a few minutes and ensures every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that's needed to confirm your check-in details. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process. Fantastic location and the unit was very clean and as advertised. The instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-in and check-out. Two spacious bathrooms, full modern kitchen. nice bedroom with king bed, and a pullout bed in living room if needed. The location is right at the base of peak 8 and there are lockers as well as a ski valet that will have your skis and poles waiting for you outside when ready to go. Also, the staff and extremely helpful and if there’s any questions for the host they answer very quickly. The facility has private shuttles to/from downtown or during the daytime the Gondola is right outside the building and you can be downtown in about 10 minutes (free). The balcony has great views across the valley to the east. This was a great stay for us!

This property had everything that we expected. It was located in the perfect place to ride the gondola of town. The home had everything that we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for our family with two kids under five. I would highly recommend you staying here.
