Suite 8505 is the original penthouse at One Ski Hill Place — custom wood ceilings, marble flooring, copper accents, and a private balcony facing Peak 8. Ski-in, ski-out at the base of Peak 8. Ski home rather than drive. One Ski Hill Place resort amenities included: heated indoor-outdoor pool, full-service spa, fitness center, two-lane bowling alley, private movie theater, concierge shuttle, ski valet, and ski-in ski-out access at Peak 8.

Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets. One Ski Hill Place sits at approximately 9,600 feet at the base of Peak 8. Plan for altitude adjustment — drink water, ease into the first day. One underground heated parking space is included. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Resort structure has additional paid parking if needed. Identity verification through the Gilson guest portal is required before your keypad code is issued.

One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included. The complimentary resort shuttle runs on demand anywhere in Breckenridge. Airport transportation to and from Denver International, Colorado Springs, or Eagle County Airport is available through your guest portal. Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.
