Guest Access

Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley. Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive. Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace—perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

We have stayed at One ski Hill place and love it. The host was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The check in process is one of the easiest ones I have ever had to do. The place was very clean and fully equipped with all we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, and location. The pictures from the website does NOT tels the whole history of the property, it is 100% better than the pictures shows. Will stay there again for sure. Great customer service.

We enjoyed our stay being so close to the lift. Facility is nice. Took advantage of bowling alley and pool with the kids. If you have kids I highly recommend for amenities. The condo was as pictured and we loved the steam shower. Will try to stay again when we come back.

Fantastic location overlooking the lift and ski hill. Unit is in great shape with nice amenities for everyone. It was relaxing to warm up in the hot tub after skiing. The best perk was the ski concierge. We highly recommend staying booking your next stay here.
