Chef's kitchen with full-size appliances, stone or quartz counters, and dishware for the full guest count. Dining seats the group for the meals you want to cook in — Gilson concierge can pre-stock groceries before arrival and book a private chef for one or two nights. Winter amenities on the property: heated indoor-outdoor pool open in all weather, full-service spa, fitness center, two-lane bowling alley, private movie theater, concierge shuttle around the resort, and ski-in ski-out at Peak 8. Ski valet at the base takes your gear at the end of the day so you walk in dry. Underground heated parking keeps the car warm and clear of overnight snow. Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets. The residence sits at approximately 9,600 feet at the base of Peak 8. Plan for altitude adjustment — drink water, ease into the first day. Two underground heated parking spaces reserved for the residence. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Resort structure has additional paid parking if needed. Identity verification through the Gilson guest portal is required before your keypad code is issued.
