Guest Access

Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley. Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive. Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace—perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

Great area !!! Could ride gondola down town which was steps away and free bus service around town .. ski rentals were next door everything we needed was steps away !!!! We will be back.!!!! Loved it

Nice apartment. Very clean. Nice Place to stay skiing in peak 8. Only issue are The hotel staff, don’t seem much friendly to Us, since we were not guests from the hotel itself, but from Airbnb. But worth the staying. 👍👍👏👏

We came to town for a quick fall break trip and I am shocked this condo was available. The pictures are exactly what to expect. This was a penthouse suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, large living area with a dining table for six and it faces Peak 8 with some amazing Mountain View’s!! If you’re a skier/snowboarder the lift is directly off the back of this property! The amenities are excellent including 2 hot tubs, kids pool, adults pool, great gym, and bowling alley! You’re only a 5 minute drive to Main Street! Our hosts were amazing with communication and responded within 5-10 minutes of any questions we had. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

We loved our stay with our family! It was our first time staying in Breckenridge and really enjoyed the whole setup and location of the place. Communication was always super fast. Absolutely beautiful place.

The host was amazing and very responsive when I made the bone head mistake of locking my key in the house. They were over in less than 30 minutes helping us get to our ATV tour in time. We had an enchanting time, the condo and surroundings were absolutely gorgeous and we are already missing the mountain air! We were concerned about altitude sickness, but they had oxygen in the lobby available for a small fee which really helped. We were 3 girls in our mid 40’s traveling, so we were looking for AC which the unit had and we stayed pleasantly cool. We absolutely plan to return!
