Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley. Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive. Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace, perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

We had a fantastic family ski trip here with our family of four. This home truly takes the cake when it comes to ski-in/ski-out access—you literally walk out of the building and are right at the lifts on Peak 8. We loved taking the gondola down to stroll Main Street and grab a bite to eat. The building also offers complimentary transportation, which was incredibly convenient and loved not having to take our car out and deal with parking. We’ve bookmarked this home to return to for future trips and we highly recommend it!
