Key cards are issued at the River Mountain Lodge front desk at check-in. Guests have the studio to themselves and use of the building's heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, fitness center and front-desk ski storage. The assigned garage space is included; a second vehicle needs paid town parking. Identity verification through the Gilson guest portal is completed before arrival. No pets, no smoking. Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. One assigned space in the heated underground garage is included. A second vehicle needs paid town parking. 4WD or AWD strongly recommended December through April. Breckenridge sits at approximately 9,600 feet, so drink water on day one. This is a studio: one queen Murphy bed and one queen sleeper sofa, best for two adults or a small family of four. *Please note that the pool is currently closed for construction until October 2026.
