Three bedrooms, two baths, and a floor plan that gives eight guests real space after a day on the mountain. Sleeping configuration: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed - Bedroom 3: 2 double beds Living and kitchen: an open, wood-warm living room with a gas fireplace to thaw out around. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and dining seating for six to eight — enough room to actually cook and eat together after skiing. In-unit washer and dryer keeps base layers moving. Outdoor and shared amenities: private balcony over the forest, shared outdoor hot tubs at Tyra Summit (Important Notice: Hot Tubs are currently closed until further notice due to construction) , and dedicated gear storage for skis and boards. Ski out onto the 4 O'Clock Run, walk under a minute to the Snowflake Lift, and be back on Peak 8 in one connect. Winter add-ons available through the Gilson concierge — grocery pre-stock, lift-ticket coordination, private ski instructor, in-home massage, and airport transfers. Breckenridge is 9,600 feet at the base. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April. Two parking passes are included — no gymnastics required. Important Notice: Hot Tubs are currently closed until further notice due to construction.

Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets at this location. Breckenridge is at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for a slower first day, drink water, and take altitude seriously. Two parking passes are included at no additional charge. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April; roads are plowed, but Colorado winter is Colorado winter. Important Note: The hot tubs remain closed due to clubhouse deck and railing work and are expected to reopen around November (exact date TBD).
