Guest Access

Guests have full, private access to the entire condo, including the spacious living areas, three comfortable bedrooms, and a private balcony. In-unit laundry is available for your convenience, and the rental includes two dedicated parking spaces. As part of the community, guests also have access to the complex’s private hot tubs. Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025. Outdoor Hot tub hours: 10am – 10pm. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
