Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal — it takes just a few minutes and ensures every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that's needed to confirm your check-in details. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process. Our guest portal is also where the good stuff lives: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay. The primary renter must be 25 or older.

Enjoy exclusive access to the entire 4-bedroom penthouse, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Guests also enjoy shared amenities in the Tyra Summit 2 complex, including an indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a welcoming clubhouse with additional communal facilities. Important note: Due to scheduled building maintenance, the indoor hot tubs will be unavailable for use throughout the summer, starting on May 1, 2025. Outdoor Hot tub hours: 10am – 10pm. Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

Perfect for a weekend gateway for a group with infants and toddlers. Kitchen was stocked with basics, walking distance to lift and downtown. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing. Host was responsive and friendly.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge. What made this place special was that there were some unforeseen circumstances that happened during our stay and the Hosts reacted quickly and were able to accommodate us instantaneously, it caused very little inconvenience for us and this is what sets apart a good and a great host. Once again the amenities are great and location is stellar, but with hosts looking out for the customers, that is why I will look to stay here in my future trips. Thank you for having us!

Great place to stay to enjoy Breckinridge, the town and hiking/ski trails. (A ski in/ski out of there was snow!) Comfy and spacious living room with beautiful gas fireplace - great kitchen.

Absolutely the most perfect location and property we’ve ever stayed at in Breckenridge! This was the perfect spot for our guys trip with plenty of room and only a few minutes walk to Main Street.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice, well decorated space. Bathrooms were cool and seemed like they were recently renovated. The location is is great as it's located right by the trailhead of a great hike called "Sawmill" I believe. It's a pretty easy hike for families but has great views, boulders and a lake! Can also walk to main street easily. They did a great job utilizing the space. We had two families of five sharing the condo and it was perfect! Highly recommend.
