Sleeping configuration: - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed - Bedroom 2: 1 king bed - Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) - Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed Living and kitchen: open-concept great room with a 70-inch smart TV, plush seating, and a gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table for 10 to 12. The plan is genuinely open — cooking, drinks, and living happen in one warm space instead of three cramped ones. Outdoor and shared: Tyra units share the outdoor tubs (Important Notice: Hot Tubs are currently closed until further notice due to construction). Shared building lounge areas are also available. Three parking spaces included. Ski out onto Four O'Clock, walk less than 50 yards to the Snowflake Lift, ride back to Peak 8. Optional winter concierge services routed through Gilson: grocery pre-stock, private ski instructor, lift tickets, in-home massage, airport transfers. Breckenridge is at 9,600 feet. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April. Important Notice: Hot Tubs are currently closed until further notice due to construction.

Damage protection is included with your booking, so there is no hold placed on your card and nothing further to arrange. No pets at this location. Breckenridge is at approximately 9,600 feet — plan for a slower first day, drink water, and take altitude seriously. Three parking spaces are included. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended December through April; roads are plowed and maintained but Colorado winter is Colorado winter. Important Note: The hot tubs remain closed due to clubhouse deck and railing work and are expected to reopen around November (exact date TBD).
